google page speed insight, redirection detcted

Hello to everybody i’m roberto Lalinga Italian novice web designer. i have used wordpress to do my web site but have problem with redirection to porn site. I have seen the hatcass, and it clean. I have a huge problem with google because here (https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.magmalabs.it%2F) they told me that I have 2 redirects at 2 porn site and I’m very worried.
