Those images are being generated “on the fly” by something outside of the normal WordPress routines, so there is likely nothing EWWW can do with them. Do you have any idea what plugin or function is generating those image urls?

Yes you are correct I do have Timthumb on my home page but I also but non timthumb generated images which are not optimized. I have enabled Lossy Compression (using cloud service) and reoptimzed the images but has not changes in the Pagespeed results

One of the pagespeed image URL : https://www.thetrendspotter.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/Aquila-Autumn-Winter-2015-Mens-Lookbook.jpg

    Thanks

I don’t see anything in the Google Pagespeed results except a couple theme images and one or two plugin images that are NOT served by Timthumb.

The one you linked to is fully optimized, and I get no additional savings on my site with it.
