google pagespeed

  • Dear admin,

    I have a question that frustrate me a lot:

    When I use cloudflare with wp rock or other cache plugin, the google pagespeed score were high which may both above 80 in mobile and desktop test,

    while I use wp-cloudflare-page-cache, the mobile score drop to below 50,

    why, is it make sense? and guide and solution?

    Hi @kloallan,
    This is mainly because those other plugin inlines most of your CSS and Javascript inside the page HTML. But this plugin doesn’t. This is a pure page caching plugin. For static file and other optimization, you can consider using plugins like Perfmatters or Autoptimize etc. This plugin doesn’t provide static file optimization.
