Google PageSpeed – JS and CSS above the fold, Render blocking

Why is this being posted on the WooCommerce forum? It’s not really related to the plugin. As an aside, all WC javascript is enqueued in footer. CSS is in header (since its only valid in header).

Is there any wordpress plugin to resolve this issue of render blocking ?

Yes – first results in google if you search. Again, not WC related though.
