  • I wasn’t able to recreate this issue, and couldn’t load a shipping option with or without Gpay. Can you provide an address that successfully has shipping options offered to it?

If you could share a screenshot of your shipping settings under WooCommerce ? Settings ? Shipping ? Shipping Zones (as well as the shipping methods within the zones) that would be helpful. You can upload the screenshot to your media library and share the link with us, or you can use a service like Droplr or CloudApp to share the image file.

Also, not all the browsers seem to be supporting both apple pay and gpay options.

This is correct. Gray can be made to work in Firefox, but requires user intervention. In a nutshell, go to “about: config”, search for “dom.payments.request.enabled”, and set it to “True”. Then play will work. There are more details about this in the Payment Request button settings section of the Stripe documentation.

Ran into the same thing. Finally discovered the problem was on my end, in my (? Pay) digital wallet. Had multiple address variations for my digital wallet cards from having added/removed cards in the past. Cleaned that up and problem was resolved. Shipping now showing as expected.

I am not sure what the problem is but it is holding us back big time.
I forgot to say that we use a plugin called flexible shipping to create shipping options as per screenshots.
    Thank you for your help.

    Hi @pistachiobee

Thanks for sending over those screenshots.

I was doing a bit of testing on this, and I found that the Pending status will show if the addresses and card details are not properly configured in your Google Pay digital wallet. I’m sure the same applies for Apple Pay, as @riverharbor suggested. Here’s a screenshot when trying to pay from an account that had too many addresses entered, some of which were invalid:

Once I cleaned up the addresses in my digital wallet, I was able to get shipping to pass through:

Would you be able to confirm for us if you’ve taken these steps already as previously suggested?

If you’ve taken those steps and that doesn’t seem to help, I would recommend adding a standard Flat Rate shipping method and testing with that instead of the Flexible Shipping. Since you’re using a third-party shipping method, perhaps there’s a conflict occurring, and taking those steps would help to confirm.

Let us know how this goes!

    Hi @laceyrod,

thank you very much for your help. Yes it is as you and @riverharbor have said.

This though raises a dilemma because if a customer faces the same problem will merely abandon the cart without necessarily investigating why this is happening.

Would you suggest having a flat rate would be best?

    Thank you!

    Howdy @pistachiobee,

We’d recommend either reaching out to the third-party shipping plugin developer for help looking into the issue (if you want to keep your current shipping setup), or enabling a a standard Flat Rate shipping method (as Lacey suggested) and testing with that instead of the Flexible Shipping plugin.

You can reach the Flexible Shipping plugin developers here for help:
