• Hello,

The quick payment button with Google Pay doesn’t seem to work on my site, on mobile, the page just greys out and spins indefinitely, while on pc, the console displays this error :
Uncaught (in promise) IntegrationError: Unexpected call to paymentFailed(). Ensure you are either submitting a payment or calling paymentFailed() once per expressCheckout Element confirm event. at v3/:1:356069

And the woo commerce error block displays: Billing name is mandatory.
I tried deactivating all the extensions and reinitialising the stripe sandbox.

Edit : I hadn’t tried it but in fact stripe bugs whatever the method of payment, google pay express checkout, classic credit card, etc….

Thanks in advance for your help,
    NL.

    Hello anokino,

    Thank you for your reply.

I checked your site and noticed a JavaScript error, likely caused by caching. It appears that the minification of a JavaScript file is causing the issue.

I recommend disabling all caching mechanisms, including any server-side caching, and then checking the site again to see if the problem persists.

Let me know how it goes. ??

    Best regards.

Hi @doublezed2, and thanks for your answer.

I’ve tried disabling any javascript minification or optimization, but that doesn’t solve the problem.

If you want to have a look on the website, minification is still disabled.

    Best regards,
    NL

    Hello anokino,

    Thank you for your reply.

I checked your site and it looks like WP-Optimize is still enabled.
Could you try disabling that plugin while we troubleshoot this issue?

Please leave it disabled so I can check it again from my end.
Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hi @jonayedhosen !
Yes, I can see the test orders you’ve made.

However, it still doesn’t work on my side (see below).

    https://i.ibb.co/VLsZBfh/ZHPHS8-KJr-N.png

I’ve tried it in several browsers in private browsing, on my pc and on my phone even with mobile data. And none of them work.

The only error I see in the console after, is this one:
Uncaught (in promise) IntegrationError: Unexpected call to paymentFailed(). Ensure you are either submitting a payment or calling paymentFailed() once per expressCheckout Element confirm event.

    Hello anokino,

    Thank you for your reply.

I visited your site and did not see the error.
However, I was not able to complete the transaction via Google Pay because my address is not a valid one. It would be helpful if you could share a valid address that I can use.

Additionally, I am still seeing several 403 errors in the console.

Could you share the latest System Status Report?
I want to review it and find out what could be causing these errors.

Looking forward to your response. ??
