    I applied for Google Pay Merchant ID and they reject the logo shown in payments. See image:

    Will the new logo be updated?

    Update: The other G Pay icon at payment requests should be removed… according to Google.

    Can I ask if you’re using any other payment method other than WooCommerce Stripe Gateway by WooCommerce?

    I ask as I don’t recognise the payment method being shown in the method list that way.

    I am not using another payment method, other than direct bank transfer.

    A few weeks ago a green “link” button appeared on product pages. I was surprised you would force something like that onto front. Can you confirm that this plugin did this. Or maybe it’s a hack together with the Google logo.

    I am simply wondering if I have a plugin that tries to hack my payments. I installed some block plugins and some of them appear quite invasive…

    A few weeks ago a green “link” button appeared on product pages. I was surprised you would force something like that onto front.

    To investigate this much better, please share a copy of your site’s System Status: It is located via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    If the Stripe Payment Gateway is being used, you can disable Stripe Link by following these instructions.

    Just letting you know, I transferred to TT3 theme since this issue. I had a lot of issues such as broken permalinks that are still broken. Not in woo though. A number of pages retorn 404 and I cannot seem to break the spell

    That any gateway or pluging takes the liberty to launch itself on 1.000s of websites, where most shop owners have no clue what that is, is problematic and someone must elaborate.

    1) A customer asks – the shop owner can’t answer
    2) Authorities ask – the shop don’t know what they are talking about
    3) It might conflict with local legislation

    It’s just plain bad policy. All my payments I authorise for my site. I am responsible at the end of the day.

    This is new to me ?? but thx. I might give your plugin a try, since I see odd behaviour from over there, as described above. A phony Google Pay is not exactly bringing trust. And then the LINK link without asking.

    Yea I realised that there is another plugin… I was concireing to switch to this and I asked if Link by Stripe is forced onto ones site…
