    Hi @texofant

This sticked support thread has the resolution for that error. https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/google-pay-configuration/

I saw that but I couldn’t image it applies since I haven’t used https://www.tvnoir.de in ages for anything. How can I see which version google expects?
I now added https://www.tvnoir.de as a second domain, is that correct? There is no way to avoid the waiting time for another approval, right?
    Thank you

It’s based on your DNS settings so it depends on what you have configured there.

    Yes that is correct.

also, any request to https://www.tvnoir.de is forcibly redirected to

Google looks for the HTTP 200 response code, and with a redirect you’re likely sending a 301 status code. Not sure why Google doesn’t handle that case gracefully but no amount of feedback we have provided them has resulted in a change on their end.

Unfortunately, adding https://www.tvnoir.de as a domain didn’t help, I still get this:
“Dieser H?ndler unterstützt Google Pay noch nicht.”
(“this merchant doesn’t support Google Pay yet).
But in my google pay console, both https://www.tvnoir.de and tvnoir.de are green and active.

    Hi @texofant

If you entered https://www.tvnoir.de then that’s incorrect. It should just be www.tvnoir.de

There should be no http or https in the domain entries. This is not an issue with the Stripe plugin, it’s a configuration error in your Google Console.

You could just use the Payment Request Gateway which has a GPay integration and doesn’t require the registration process.

No I entered tvnoir.de and www.tvnoir.de, it’s all good on the google side, see
    https://ibb.co/Gt1Prk2

www.ads-software.com automatically adds the stupid https:// it did not come from me.

@texofant Did you make sure to copy and paste the merchant ID from the Google Console into the Google Pay Settings page?

Perhaps the ping from Google to your site is failing and so they’re triggering that error. Unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do within the plugin to resolve that error because it’s triggered by Google and not related to the plugin.

    still same message.?

You didn’t indicate if you changed anything. Please reference my previous reply regarding the Google Pay merchant ID.

    Thanks

I did put the merchant ID in the settings, see the screenshot. As I stated before, everything looks completely correct, but I still get the message “Dieser H?ndler unterstützt Google Pay noch nicht.” (this merchant doesn’t support google pay yet) when a customer uses google pay.

What could I do to debug this further? I’m really out of ideas ??
