Google penalized me

  • Fix this plugin, Google penalized me. You need to add option that users can also rate product. It is not ok that you as “Admin” just rate product 10/10.

    Thank you for taking the time to write to us. Just want to let you know that, the actually the users can do that and you can even choose what impact to have on the note that you have given to the specific review.

    And you can do it from your WordPress dashboard -> Product Review -> Visitor Review Influence and choose 100%

    Hey, thanks for the great plugin! I do not quite understand why he got the penalty. Can you explain that? The default settings of your plugin show only my own admin rating for a product without vote of the user. Am I breaking the Google policy with that default? What do I have to pay attention to, so that I do not receive a penalty?

    We have a lot of customers that use the plugin in different ways, meaning for some of them the user can affect the rating and for the other not, and no one reported us a similar issue.
