When I hover over an album, a tooltip with the album title appears, but when I open the album, the images in lightbox appear without captions. How can I solve this problem?

Do you have captions for each image individually? From what I can see, none of your individual photos seem to have captions.

If your photos have captions, can you try using the “Photos in an album” option of the wizard to show all photos in an album? I would like to see what the captions are.

@sayontan Sorry I didn’t find this option. Could you write in more detail where it is option.

It shows up in the Gallery Wizard when you are creating a gallery. After you have selected Google as your platform, you are taken to a screen, “Choose Type of Gallery”, and asked “What do you want to show?” In the dropdown you see options for “Multiple Photos”, “Photos from an Album Belonging to You”, “Photos from an Album Shared by or with You”, and “Multiple Albums”. Pick the second option and proceed with the rest of the gallery creation.

@sayontan Thank you so much that you explained to me. I created a gallery as you told me, here’s a link https://radon.ua/album-covers/

Your photos don’t seem to have any individual captions. That is why you are not seeing anything in the lightbox.

@sayontan Got it, I needed to make sure that the photos were not signed because I have no access to Google photos. That is, I need to sign the photo in Google photos and then the signatures will appear? I understood correctly?

By signature, do you mean watermarks? Captions and watermarks are two very different things.

If you are adding watermarks to your photos, those are added directly to the photo, and Photonic has no control over them – they will always be displayed. If you are adding watermarks, you will be directly editing the photo in Google.

Captions, on the other hand, are just plain text comments that you add to each photo – this does not change the photo itself. They are not “signatures”. You typically add captions in the “Info” section of Google Photos.

@sayontan Yes, I meant captions, that is, text under the images, I apologize for the misunderstanding. Thanks for the help.
