Google places review widget won't work

OK, it looks like you haven’t configured the widget to show your Business properly.

Here’s a screenshot of what it looks like when you configure the widget with your Business:

Thanks for your reply. I have tried to do the same as shown in the video but it won’t find the business unless I amusing the plugin in the widget area of the footer. I want to use it in the widget area within the page builder.

Page builders can be very troublesome when it comes to supporting advanced widgets like ours. They’re own lightboxes and inline javascript often create problems with widgets. Unfortunately, troubleshooting other page builders is outside our scope for support. Nevertheless, we keep testing with different page builders to ensure our widget is as reliable as possible.

So there isn’t a way of it working with the theme I have?

The Page Builder should be a plugin, not your theme actually. Which page builder is it?

I can not even set up as there is no explanation about the API

The theme is customizer Pro. I have paid for the google places reviews pro but no matter what I do, it won’t find the location.

1) What’s the name of the Page Builder you are using with Customizer Pro? The free one doesn’t mention a Page Builder, but I see them having a strong emphasis on the native WordPress Customizer.
2) Can you give me a link to a screenshot of where our plugin is not working specifically? That will help me reproduce the problem.
