Google Places Reviews Pro version 1.3.4 Poor support

Yes I know this is a great plugin but I get an error message
Sorry, this business does not have a proper Place ID set.
And the widget does pick up my businesses (2 websites)
For both sites the location lookup works.
I have also confirmed the location place id on https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/places-placeid-finder
it matched that of the widgets place IDAfter I have confirmed this in an email support, I have just received no reply again.
