Google Plus error when YOAST enabled

    Hi!

    I’m using Yoast SEO plugin version 5.8 and wp 4.9.1.

    I’ve noticed for some time that google plus does not take over the preview of the links on my site.

    I used the yoast plug-in in the past but probably did not work well at an update.

    Perhaps there is a setting that I miss momentarily.

    Please help!

  • This may be a conflict with either your theme or plugin. Have you done a full theme and plugin troubleshoot?

    To rule out any theme/plugin conflict, have you tried:
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    If the above steps do not help resolve the issue, try troubleshooting with your browser: Your browser can help you identify JavaScript issues or conflicts and this article can assist you in doing that diagnosis. This could help identify Visual Editor issues as well.
