    Hi there:

    The privacy settings are 100% on Google’s end of things. The way Google+ behaves with all app connections is that it defaults to private. You need to go into your settings page for Google+ and change the setting from private to the setting of your choice.

    If you’re logged into your Google + account, you can go to this page to change the settings:
    https://plus.google.com/u/0/apps

    On that page, find the WordPress app, and click this edit button to change the app’s default settings:
    https://d.pr/i/c1j6

    In that example, I had changed it to only post to people in my circles.
