My product feed is still showing errors about missing information. What is not included is the condition of the products AND the google product category. I’m not sure how helpful this plugin is without those categories seeing as they are necessary for a healthy product feed.

    Hey @humbabyapparel ,

    Hope you are doing well!

That information is not included by default on WooCommerce, so it’s not goign to be present. On future releases of the Pinterest plugin, Those fields are going to be available.

Also they are not errors, only warnings, so should be ok.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. That’s great to hear that the future releases will include the proper information needed to create a healthy product feed. Not including the proper categories does affect the visibility of my products on search engines because these categories help people discover my items. While these issues aren’t “errors” only “warnings”, they do affect the overall health and strength of the items in my feed.

However I am still getting critical errors that ARE affecting my products from uploading properly.

the error is code 107 “Some items are missing a description in product metadata, so those items will not be published”

    for example:

waffle jogger set (Variation) Description is missing from product metadata.
men’s waffle set (Variation) Description is missing from product metadata.
women’s waffle set (Variation) Description is missing from product metadata.

Unfortunately I use the short description instead for all my items but this issue is only showing up for certain variations. Other pluggins do offer the option to override where the product feed pulls the information from, but again this is only affecting certain “variations”.

    thanks for your help Christian!

    Hi Christian

The issue doesn’t seem to be a problem anymore. My feed now has 0 errors and I didn’t do anything. Maybe it just didn’t load properly the first time? Anyways it’s working great now. Looking forward to the future updates of this plugin!

    Thanks for your help!
