Google product category shows “1013”

    Thanks for reaching out!

    GMC accepts both Category IDs and the full path of the product category. You may submit either the ID or the full path, but not both.

    So, our plugin picks the Google Category ID instead of the full category path which won’t create any issue when you will be uploading the feed to GMC.

    Thank you for your reply. I have mapped my product category with the google product category on category mapping, and set the category mapping(https://prnt.sc/BUcsXZSSfahY), and set the category mapping as my google category(https://prnt.sc/dkKPoiNgsNqS), but it doesn’t work, the feed shows”1013″ on google category fild([email protected]).

    To understand why the plugin is picking the Id instead of the full category path, please, follow this link and read the statement from here.

    And here you can match your product category with the category code which the feed has included – Screenshot.

    I hope, now you understand why the plugin is picking the ID instead of the full path.
