    Hi,

    When creating a google product review fied, reviews containing only a rating without a text comment are not included. How can i include all reviews?

    Most customers only leave a “star” rating without a comment, so currently our feed only contains about 20% of reviews.

    Thanks for reaching us,

    To leave a comment, you must select the star rating and write something. It’s not possible to leave a comment within a WooCommerce product without writing something. The default WooCommerce validation is based on the fact that a review without a comment is not included in the feed because it’s not possible to successfully comment without writing a character. You may overwrite the default behavior that creates the issue. CTX Feed collect the review from the WooCommerce. However, you may try to create feed with Variable + Variations to include all valid reviews.

    Thank you for the quick reply. The plugin we use to gather reviews from follow up emails allows customers to add reviews with only a rating and without content, so we have the reviews.

    The only issue is that they do not appear in the feed. So is there a way to include them? We can see these reviews in the woocommerce review section.

    Hi @nikeri

    Sorry to say, our plugin won’t recognise those reviews having no content as WooCommerce’s review content field is required. So, we suggest you make the content field required so your users write at least a few words.
