google Publicize

I’m using jetpack and I managed to use the Publicize function. The problem I have is that when the post is sent to google+ (to a page I manage) it is set as ‘shared privately’ and not ‘shared publicly’.

is there a setting were I can change the setting to ‘share publicly’
