Google reading website content instead of SEO Keyword and Description in search

hi I recently build a website, using wordpress and i used SEO by Yoast, everything is configured and up to date, published xml sitemap etc through google webmaster tools. after few days, the search for domain name shows with a description taken from the website content, assigned description for SEO is not showing.
