google recaptcha doesn’t work

  • Hi,

    I have a problem on google recaptcha plugin.

    I used OceanWP Theme and Elementor as a page builder.
    I install google recaptcha plugin, insert the site key and secret key.
    But every time I opened register page and login page the captcha plugin didn’t appear

    So I followed the instruction to do the conflict test but it doesn’t solve the problem.

    Please guide me how to do it. Thanks

  • Have you also enabled the option on on the login and register form page? There should an option on the right hand side. The default option is set to not show.

    An annoying feature of UM is having to set things 2-3 times in different places to get them to work.

    Hello, I hope that’s ok that I connect here !? I have the problem that the recapture appear, but I can not switch to German. No matter which language I use, it is always English Does anyone have a solution?

    Please make sure to use the latest version of the reCaptcha extension and try clearing your cache.

    Thanks for the answer! It’s the latest version and I’ve cleaned up the cach. Another idea?
