Google reCAPTCHA not working?

But there is no reCAPTCHA on the front side. I did configure the option on admin, but nothing show on the front. What could be wrong?!

Turns out the wpDiscuz comment form show up on Posts but not on other custom post types, where the default WordPress template show up instead. How can i show the wpDiscuz everywhere?
