Google reCAPTCHA v3 Not Working

Google reCAPTCHA v3 isn’t working, despite triple-checking that the domain associated with the captcha is correct and there are no errors with the Site Key or Secret Key.

We’re currently running v2 without any issues, but it’s useless in mitigating the brute force attack we’re currently experiencing. Hoping v3 would provide some relief, but it’s not working with Loginizer.
