    The API and Places ID have been validated and we have over 5 reviews but Import is not available.

    @scottpaulsen I cannot see the reviews on this page.

    However, when attempting to perform the HTML Import, it will list the potential issues.

    One thing to consider is the Retrieved Data. If you’re unable to load and store new reviews, disable the emoticons and clear the cache.

    Clean Retrieved Data [x] Additional sanitization of retrieved data — emoticons are removed from text

    I did create a more stable system for this, but some older installations may have the incorrect setting here.

    The only issue it lists is that there are not at least 5 reviews. We actually have 7 on our Google business page. Is this still too few?

    @scottpaulsen I have tried to find your reviews on Google, but I cannot locate your Place ID or see any reviews. Does the business have a listing with Google My Business and is this location set as a single location (not a coverage/service area)?
