Google reviews not showing

Hello, hope you’re well. Now I am trying to show google reviews of specified area. On embedsocial, google account already connected and the source has been created. But now I can’t add reviews of it. It’s not saving. I hope someone help me this out. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks
