Google ‘Search Console Mobile Usability issues detected’

To the owner of blah:
Search Console has identified that your site is affected by 3 Mobile Usability issues:
Top Issues
The following issues were found on your site:
- Viewport not set
- Text too small to read
- Clickable elements too close together.
We recommend that you fix these issues when possible to enable the best experience and coverage in Google Search.
I had a look at the source, and there WAS a viewport set. At least one element had width of 100%, and I’m looking at the site on mobile device and can’t see anything wrong with the readability, and I would if there were a problem, because I’m old.
I read that The Gorgon are now demoting sites in the search rankings if they don’t comply with mobile usability.
How do I get them to either be more specific in telling the user where the problem is, or to acknowledge that there actually IS no problem? Or, how is the user to comply when all these parameters are controlled by the theme?
Thanks in advance for any responses.
