Hi, I tried to connect my form to google sheets, followed your tutorial step by step, however when I copied the Authorized Redirect URI and inserted into matching field in google site, the field became redbordered and the create button is not active. Please help.

    Hello @dumartin ,

Can you make sure that when you are pasting the Authorized Redirect URI it doesn’t contain any spaces after and before?
Also, could you send a screenshot of the page with pasted URI so we can see what could be preventing it from creating?

    kind regards,
    Kasia

I checked for spaces, but haven’t found any.

    Hi @dumartin,

In previous steps, did you set up Internal or External option(based on if you have Gsuite or not) and also add the actual domain to the authorized domains option?

It’s important you follow each detailed step when creating the App on Google API console.

    Best,

I chose the External option and the authorized domain is set to 24kk.cz (same as domain in my screenshot). Thanks for your response.

    Hi @dumartin,

I did couple of tests on my end by I was unable to replicate this issue no matter what I tried.

Could you grab a video of your entire process setting this up so we can see if we can catch there what might be causing the issue?
If the video includes any sensitive information you can upload the file to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and share the download link via our contact form:

Thanks so much for your help. Without changing anything I tried it today again. Same process, same data, and it worked. No idea where the problem was, maybe on Google side. Once again thanks a lot for your effort. Great support.
