    I have the same issue, paid Pro user, premium support is unresponsive.. as in.. it’s been a week and zero response on my ticket. If we don’t get a fix for this soon, I guess we can all just request refunds / chargebacks on our payments until this issue is resolved.

    This forum is solely for product support and we have very little to do with premium support. If you haven’t received an update by now maybe try starting a thread there.

    The problem is that premium support does not respond. Multiple tickets by multiple people over multiple months, zero response to anyone. It’s like it’s been abandoned.

    I wish I had more insight for you @bompus. I do apologize for your inconvenience. As far as I understand they should answer all contacts in the order they are received. Hopefully they can get to yours soon.
