Google Sheets responses not recording

    I am using WPForms for a survey. I have set up the Google Sheet connection to export the responses automatically. All the fields are mapped and I can see that they have populated the Google Sheet, so the connection is definitely established. When submitting responses though, they don’t come through.

    There was a previous export set up by the web developer who is no longer on the project. The license is still on his account but I changed the Google account that is linked under the integrations section. The export that he had set up wasn’t there anymore when I took over, so I started out fresh. With the previous setup, the export was working fine and I would see responses come through within a few seconds.

    It seems you’re using the Google Sheet addon, which is available with some paid licenses of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance? For more context, www.ads-software.com’s goal is to ensure that paying customers and free users get the best support they can, from the ones that can give it.

    The www.ads-software.com forum is moderated by volunteers and as volunteers do not have access to the paid products, they recommend reaching out to the authors of the code, and as the issues you are having involve paid gated features, it is better to avoid mixing it with the features of a free plugin or theme.     We are using a paid license, but the account holder is no longer on the project. So I cannot access the account dashboard to submit a ticket.

    In this case, you can access https://wpforms.com/contact/ and click on the “Complete a Form” button (screenshot). Then you can explain the issue, and our team will be able to help with it and also to access your WPForms account to open future tickets.
