• Hi, I have installed wp-buttons on my website https://thefinickyfork.com and the plugin works fine(no errors or anything). But when my website comes up in Google, the description of my site is a wp-buttons error…. any ideas on how to get rid of this?

“Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_user_logged_in() in /home/content/11/7988411/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-buttons/wp-buttons.php on line 265.”

Thank YOU for fixing it so fast! ??

Hi I’m having the same problem. My Google description is.

“Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_user_logged_in() in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-buttons/wp-buttons.php on line 265.”

    and my Google title is.

“Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_user_logged_in() in …”

I deleted the wp-buttons plugin via the dashboard but error remains the same. There is no longer a wp-buttons file in my plugins folder ????? Please help.

    Thanks

Update to the newest version 1.1.2, I haven’t had the problem since updating. Also, please realize that after updating it will take a while before Google shows the correct description, it is not instantaneous

Thanks Haredx. I no longer need the plugin, will Google return to normal eventually now that it has been deleted or has the plugin embedded residual data that still needs to be deleted?
