@jayfsee Thanks for reaching out and providing the error message you’re encountering. So we can determine more on this issue please share the following information and we can hopefully assist:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- At what stage does this error occur? (ie. After opening your primary Site Kit dashboard)
- Did this notice occur at any stage with previous versions of the plugin?
Let me know if you have any questions on the above. Thanks!
The error occurs immediately on opening the dashboard.
I deactivated and reactivated the plugin and it occurs immediately.
It did not occur with the prior version.
I will share a screenshot of Site Health
Thanks, @jayfsee! Please copy and paste your Site Health information as shown here as that will give us good details for troubleshooting. Thanks!
Hope this is OK

No worries, @jayfsee! But this looks like the same thing that you posted above.. is this from the Info tab? You should see something like this: https://jmp.sh/13S6B00
And then you can paste what is copied to your clipboard here.
I couldn’t see the image that you included above. I went to Info and clicked on Copy To Clipboard and got this:

@jayfsee Exactly what I need, thank you! I’ll do some testing and get back to you with my findings.
In the meantime, I see that your site is using a few optimization plugins, which can conflict with Site Kit. Can you try the following?
- Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window.
- Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
- Navigate to Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot.
- From the same screen click on the Available Plugins tab at the top right and then click on the Enable option next to Site Kit by Google.
- Attempt to view your primary Site Kit dashboard once more.
You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards. Please let me know if this works as it would indicate that there’s a plugin conflict going on here somewhere. Thank you!
Sure. Just bare with me. I have to make some calls. Thanks – John
OK. This works.
I disabled troubleshooting mode afterward and Site Kit appears to still be working
@jayfsee Glad to hear! To confirm, you used troubleshooting mode in Chrome, is that correct? Can you tell me which browser you were using before where it wasn’t working?
@shetheliving Just to add some data. I came across the same error while using Mac OS Safari v14.1 (14611.1.21.161.5) and found this thread.
I don’t get the same error in Chrome Version 90.0.4430.85 (Official Build) (x86_64)
I think this might be an issue introduced in Webkit.
@aegisdesign Thanks for chiming in – we had that suspicion as well. Here’s a GitHub issue for this bug for us to work on a fix. Feel free to follow for updates, but I’ll also update this thread when a fix is in place.
@shetheliving Hi, I have a very similar issue after updating the plugin to v. 1.31.0
I’m using Safari 14.1Failed to initialize NumberFormat since used feature is not supported in the linked ICU version in TotalUserCount in div in Cell in div in Row in div in Grid in div in div in Widget in WithWidgetSlug(Widget) in DashboardAllTrafficWidget in WhenAnalyticsActive(DashboardAllTrafficWidget) in div in Layout in div in Cell in LegacyDashboardAllTraffic in FilteredComponent in FilteredComponent in FilteredComponent in FilteredComponent in WithFilters(LegacyDashboardModule) in div in Row in div in Grid in div in DashboardApp in GoogleSitekitDashboard in RestoreSnapshots in ErrorHandler in Root
