    Thanks for opening a support topic @inoova, and for sharing your Site Health status and console errors. To troubleshoot this further, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??I appreciate that you did share your Site Health status, however, this doesn’t display your active plugins.
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.?
    3. Does the same occur if you uninstall Site Kit and install the plugin once more?

    Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Should the issue remain, I’ll provide some steps on trying to determine a third party plugin conflict, or we may attempt to restore Site Kit to it’s default configuration.

    uninstall and reistall does not work, also incognito is the same

    Thanks for sharing the additional information @inoova. From the checks I performed based on your Site Health information, I can see some plugins active that can impact Site Kit behavior with particular configurations. Given also you’re not using a standard wp-admin path via a plugin, the callbacks used by Site Kit may differ, and this can result in issues.

    To troubleshoot this further, please share whether the same occurs if you temporarily deactivate WPS Hide Login? If so, please go ahead and perform a plugin reset so the plugin can update an invalid records (Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit). After doing so, please go through the Site Kit setup steps once more and check the Site Kit dashboard.

    Note that by resetting the plugin, you will need to reconfigure the plugin, setting up the same modules as before.
