Google Structured Data Testing Errors

I am getting the following errors on most of my posts and recipes. I am running latest version of Veggie Lite, WP 4.7 and installed AMP plug in. Some of the posts also indicate Published date and update date is missing. Research is suggesting this might be a theme issue. Can you plse advise?
