We’re using your plugin with a new GA4 property which shows the green “active” button in the plugin main settings. I can see the following code in the HTML markup https://pastebin.com/fF5eHE11.

When double-checking with the Google Tag Assistant Companion extension for Google Chrome, it says “no tags found”.

Any ideas what we might be missing here?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Nick

A few possibilities come to my mind:

    – You’re logged in as admin and admins are excluded from tracking in the settings (pro feature)
    – The cache is still serving an old version of the site.
    – You have one of the supported cookie banners installed that blocks cookies by default.

If you send us the website URL I can have a closer look and will be able to determine the cause quicly.

    Kind regards + Li?b? Gruess

Thanks for the quick response, Aleks ??

Let us check the cookie plugin settings.

Do I assume correctly that the code I shared via pastebin is not the complete code that your pixel plugin should inject into the page?

Yes. It’s not complete. That is only the configuration file.

The Pixel Manager also injects a library that manages all the tags. Depending on the version it’s either wpm-public.p1.min.js or wpm-public__premium_only.p1.min.js

If the tracking scipts are blocked because of missing consent, you will see a message in the dev console: https://cln.sh/NLXkTbHx
