Google Tag Manager – missing analytics.js script

Hi there,
WP etc is all up to date & my GA account is set up ok (at least I’m pretty sure it is).
I installed Tag Manager today & it’s telling me I’m missing analytics.js – which I find a little odd.
I am using Wp Rocket, & I’m wondering if this is affecting the js.
Ever come across this before?
Any ideas on a fix?
