Google Two Factor Authentication

I tried to see if this works with these 2 plugins:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/google-authenticator/
with this at the same time
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/google-authenticator-per-user-prompt/
The login simply hangs at the first screen when I press submit.
