    After a while, Google may expire the profile image. You can update the review avatar by using the pencil icon on the Review List page.

    Hi.
    Thanks for taking the time to get back to me. I can’t see a pencil icon anywhere on on the Review List page. Can you advise where it is please?

    Sorry, it’s actually a “wrench” icon to the left of each review on the Review List page.

    OK I’ve fixed that.
    Can the plugin not be updated to just automatically add an anonymous avatar if theres one missing though if its throwing up errors?

    It could be but it would slow the site load time down a little. It would have to check each image and then replace on every page load.

    The Pro version will try to save the avatars to your server so they don’t expire.
