Google xml sitemap

Hello,
How can I put a link to my sitemap that looks professional. I used the Google xml sitemap plugin and linked to my sitemap on my footer in my website https://www.yourgreenflooring.com but when you click on the sitemap it is simply a bunch of url’s without hyperlinks and unorganized?
