Google XML Sitemap doesnt show up in site plugins

I have downloaded and installed Google XML Sitemap By Cor van Noorloos via the Network Admin > Plugins. It shows in the dashboard and in the folder: wp-content\plugins, but when i go to my site to enable / use the plugin, it doesnt show up at all. Please advise.
