  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

For Pinterest it seems you did not do the category mapping where you map all your WooCommerce categories to the category taxonomy of Pinterest. For prices you need to put the USD in the suffix field and not in the prefix field.

For Google Shopping. Your field mappings are fine so that is not the problem. In your merchant center account you should be seeing similar warnings. Do you? If so there is a “View sample” link behind the warning which shows you some products that are effected. Could you check those and see if indeed the availability and link values are empty?

https://prntscr.com/s2r2fz as you see I can not map all categories. I do not think that it is related to that if you check the settings that belong to the older feed plugin(I forgot to add its screenshot in my previous message), I might need to add the google product category, however, there is no such an option https://prntscr.com/s2rjz9 in this field. I have to add

recently I also activated “add default product variation” because this option and the other variation option was deactivated, let’s see what happens.

on this page https://prntscr.com/s2r2fz you need to start typing in the input field, after 3 or 4 characters an auto suggest shows you possible categories you can map too.

I have made the changes you said. Let’s see what happens

Also, please remember that I do sell T-shirts and I want the default products to be fetched as a single product (variations like Small, X Large should not be fetched) I hope this setting for google shopping and Pinterest is enough https://prntscr.com/s39eko

Please also enable the “Include product variations” feature. Both need to be enabled when you only want the default variation to be added to your feed.

Thank you for quick response, I did enable both, let’s see what happens.
For google shopping, I have an issue https://prntscr.com/s3mtf8 about “age group”, how can I fix it? By the way, I have woobebulkeditor plugin, I can do any bulk changes if needed for this age issue.

    Hi,

The screenshot says gender? Anyhow, both gender and age_group are mandatory fields to add to your feed when you are selling apparel products. I guess you are?

On the field mapping page you need to press the orange “+ add field mapping” button to add the gender and age_group fields. You then need map those to your attributes holding that product information.

    Hope this helps?

Can you explain it in a video? I can’t add age gender to the 390 products one by one. I need to add gender and age group but I can’t do it. I need a visual guide. It is the stage that I could come: https://prntscr.com/s3zul6 your plugin hard to use in terms of user experience ??

Also about the Pinterest feed, finally products are being fetched however with issues https://prntscr.com/s402pq

Pinterest: you need to place the currency behind (in the suffix column) the price on the field mapping page.

Gender and Age group: we have no video available. If you do not want to add gender and age group to all your 390 products you can give them all the same static value. See this blog post how to do this: https://adtribes.io/how-to-use-static-values-and-create-fake-content-for-your-product-feed/

Make sure the static gender and age_group you fill in meet Google’s requirements / supported formats:

Pinterest: I wrote USD to the prefix field and let’s see if it works.

I have read the article but I could not understand how to proceed afterward
https://prntscr.com/s3zul6 I added age group and gender like this

https://prntscr.com/s41d5c I can’t find age group or gender in this list and I do not how to fill the fields afterward ??

USD should be in the suffix field, not prefix.

You are on the wrong page for the age group or gender. You are showing a screenshot of the filters and rules. You should be on the field mapping page and add the values as static values as explained in the blog post.

https://prntscr.com/s402pq when I was getting this error, USD was at the prefix like this https://prntscr.com/s41phf and now I put it to the suffix, I hope it helps.

https://prntscr.com/s41qtm in blog post example, it is explaining the brand section, what should I write there for Gender and Age group exactly? My shirts are unisex and for 24-35 ages

Please see these two links I send.

    Gender:
    https://support.google.com/manufacturers/answer/7496702?hl=en

    Allowed are:

    • Male
    • Female
    • Unisex

    Age group
    https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324463?hl=en

    Allowed are:

    • Newborn
    • Infant
    • Toddler
    • Kids
    • Adult

So you should be selecting Unisex for gender and Adult for age group.

    Hello,

Thank you. Google merchant feed looks fine. 1 more question https://prntscr.com/s49jb0 I d not have “S” letter at the end of my product name. However, it seems like feed took S size as default product nd all t-shirts has size at the end of the product’s name. How can I delete it? (I can no delete size name from the product, there must be another solution)

For the Pinterest I wait it to be fetched again, will let you know…
