Googlesheet Folder Not Connecting after change

Hi @zoeyisyoung,

Can you tell me where exactly you are making this change because I’m having troubles replicating this?

Forminator > Integrations panel handles the part of connecting to your Google API.
But if you want to change the folder where the form is saved you would need to edit your form, go to Integrations tab there and disconnect/reconnect to set up new folder.
Is that what you’re having problems with?

Thanks for your prompt reply.
I set up the Google sheet integration the first time via Quiz setup. It seemed to work once. Then I disconnected the integration for 1 day. When I tried to connect again, it went thru ok except it didn’t ask for my folder drive URL or sheet name anymore. But it wont work anymore.

So I tried to do the setup via create new form, a new sheet got created but no data was poplulated in the sheet. Just test again 1 min ago.

I tried to replicate in a testing site of mine but I wasn’t able to.
Did you perform a conflict test to make sure this isn’t happening due to some conflict with another plugin or active theme? Please advise!

I have checked. I have only a few plugins, namely wp-testing and this Forminator that quiz/poll/form related. I have Elementor Pro.

It worked the first time w the Quiz I created. Not subsequently. I have restarted the connection w/o success. I may have to deinstall Forminator and start over to see if that works.

The showstoppers are sheet integration and auto fill test questions. I have heaps of questions so it’s not practical to enter them one by one to the quiz form. Any suggestion?

Hi, I de-installed Forminator plugin and reinstalled it and it remembers all the settings and Google connections. I am curious if where to find the setting of the Googlesheet name that should be integrated to my quiz.
I noted the Google Integration only allows me to specify the string for drive, and client ID and secret. There is no place to specify the name of my sheet to the quiz. Am I missing something?

Hi, I tried another way by creating another Oauth ID and connect to a new ID. New form got created by Fominator but it just won’t populate any data to the Google sheets. Triple checked the Google connect and all approved. What could have gone wrong?
Help plsssssssss.

Please first try to disconnect the Google Sheet integration. To do this, please go to Forminator > Integration, click on Google Sheets settings and click on Disconnect. Please see this screenshot:
