Does it work if you put the shortcode inside of a page’s content area?

Yes it works!
I put it in my 404 page (locally) and worked.

Maybe is something about the modals?

IT needs to be run through the page content in order to work, otherwise the Javascript doesn’t get loaded.

Yeah I notice that. I uninstall the plugin becouse the main point of the map was to use directions.

However great plugin, so easy to install!
