GoSPress doesn’t work on my site

I’m using WordPress 2.2.1 running on a Windows 2003 server with IIS 6 and G?SPress doesn’t work. The icon just spins and nothing happens until you try to leave the page and a error pops up, “An error was encountered on the server. Please try again later.”
