    If you use it through the shortcode it looks like:

    [woo3dviewer model_url=”//localhost/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/1676909470_Sandle_2_JH.3mf” … ]

    Please use FTP client or any file manager to check if the file existing by the given path.

    If it does not try uploading it manually.
