Got a 500 error after inputting SMTP settings

Hi! I just put in the SMTP settings for the plugin and now I get a 500 error when I try to book an appointment. Is this something on the plugin’s end or the server’s end? The from email is a custom domain so we’re using Gmail’s settings. Not sure if that affects anything. We’re using the following settings.
Host: smtp.gmail.com
Port: 465
Encryption: No encryption
Authentication: Yes. Use SMTP AuthenticationThe page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
