Got a Fatal Error notice

  • Installation of this plugin created a fatal error notice on my site. The whole thing was down for half a day while I got my host to figure out the problem. Not sure if it was a theme conflict, but had to disable all other plugins and took me a lot of time to find the problem.

    I would love to help you with your issue!

    This is the first report we’ve ever had of a fatal error (we have a lot of daily installs, so I’m pretty sure we’d be hearing about it if there was a flaw out there.) So, I’m guessing this is a conflict with something pre-existing.

    I would love to get you up and running — it’s too bad you didn’t reach out to our support team when you were having this issue! Is there any help I can provide at this time?
