got a parse error on a file out.php

    I got this line displayed at the end of any page:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in C:\WWW\outside_edu\doorways\out.php on line 139

    I saw it on many websites too, but don’t know what it is and how to remove it!
