Got Cookie Banner Basic Plan, can’t select banner’s logo and change text

I bought Cookie Banner Basic Plan, invoice number 51256869-0001. Why cannot I select cookie banner’s logo and customize the banner’s text? At every attempt to do either, I get this: “Ups, you need an upgrade!”
