    Hi @eitashavit,

I apologize for the issues that you are facing.

However, the plugin does not create any logins. We do allow for users to access the Cart and Checkout pages to complete their purchases. All the links sent from the plugin are encrypted for security.

We’re currently monitoring the plugin on Wordfence as I write this reply and we assure you any vulnerabilities found will be fixed with the highest priority.

We take the security of our client sites seriously and will be taking necessary steps to ensure the same.

    Thanks,
    Pinal

    Hi Pinal,

Please check the cron feature of the plugin. It might be used for the hack.

    Thanks,

    Eitan

    Hi Eitan,

Thanks for the insight. We’ll definitely look into this.

I understand that you’ve not had a wonderful experience, but would you be so kind as to help us a bit further?

It would be great if you could share some further information (screenshots etc.) for the username of the account created along with some other relevant information for the vulnerabilities pointed out by Wordfence. We did run a scan with Wordfence, but it failed to point out anything from our plugin.

Request you to kindly send the information on our ticketing system which can be accessed by sending an email to support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com.

Once again, please accept my sincerest apologies for the issues you have faced.

    Thanks in advance,
    Pinal
