Hi @blancnoire, thanks for reaching out and sharing the information. To help you with this further, please can you share the following:

    1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.
    2. Does the same happen from an Incognito window?
    3. Could you confirm if you encounter the same when going through these?troubleshooting steps with just Site Kit active in troubleshooting mode?

If you have any queries on the information above let me know.

@blancnoire Thanks for sharing the Site Health Information. While I can’t see anything immediately that stands out, could you please share the added information below:

    1. Your hosting provider as I can’t see this on the form you shared.
    2. Are you able to set up Analytics on this disposable test site?
    3. Do you see any console errors while the loading is happening?

I will continue to examine your Site Health in the meantime to see if there is anything here that could point to a cause. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

@blancnoire Thanks for sharing the information once more. Is it possible for you to create a brand new fresh WordPress install on your server with just Site Kit installed and a basic WordPress theme to see if you encounter the same issue. If you do then this may be an issue at the server level since you have been able to connect Analytics without issue on the test site.

Let me know how this goes or if you have any other questions.

@blancnoire I just wanted to follow back up with you and make you aware of a known issue where this can happen when the Tag Manager module is connected, and Analytics disconnected and then, trying to connect again.

I can see that you do indeed have Tag Manager connected in Site Kit. If you disconnect Tag Manager and try to reconnect Analytics do you encounter this issue?

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to?open a new support topic?if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
