Got Locked Out at first login!! Too many attempts.

  • The plugin locked me out of my own site twice already.

    “Too many failed login attempts. Please try again in 15 minutes.”

    It’s the first time I (try to) log in today. So not too many attempts.

    Perhaps somebody else on a different host / ip is trying hard to get access to my site. But not me.

    Still I am being denied access to my own website.
    After 15 minutes I can log in again.

    Happened again 3x during the last 2 days.

    At my first login attempt I get locked out.
    Have to wait 15 mins – “too many attempts”.

    Perhaps there’s something wrong with the host/ip detection.
